The opal is a stunning piece of natural history — fossilised wood where the original material has been replaced by opal. This piece comes from Yowah in western Queensland, Australia.

The textured sterling silver band is approximately 2mm thick and 8mm wide.

The opal is set in a 9ct yellow gold bezel and measures approximately 13 × 11mm.
